Course Number/Title:     PHAR 405 – Public Health II - Immunizations


Principles and practice of immunizations delivery, storage and administration.  This course will be designed based upon the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate training program to educate student pharmacists about the professional opportunities for vaccine advocacy and administration.  The intent of this course is to prepare student pharmacist with the comprehensive knowledge, skills, and the resources necessary to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) through basic life support training and immunization delivery services to patients they serve to promote public health.  Certification Training may occur on Saturday’s for this course.


The fee for the APhA Immunization Delivery for Pharmacy students is $125.00 which allows each student access to the APhA online training modules and supplies needed for certification training.

Please pay the fee online no later than Tuesday, February 4, 2020 so that we can submit enrollment information to APhA.
