The APhA Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services certificate training program is approved for a total of 21.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit (2.1 CEUs). The ACPE Universal Activity Numbers (UAN) for this activity are listed below.

  • Successful completion of the self-study component involves passing the self-study assessment with a grade of 70% or higher and will result in 10 contact hours of CPE credit (1.0 CEUs). ACPE UAN: 0202-0000-18-164-H04-P 0202-9999-18-164-H04-P


  • Successful completion of the live seminar component involves attending the full live seminar and completing the online evaluation. Successful completion of this component will result in 8 contact hours of CPE credit (0.8 CEU). ACPE UAN: 0202-0000-18-165-L04-P /  0202-9999-18-165-L04-P


  • Successful completion of the post seminar case exercise component involves completing 3 post cases and submitting an online attestation statement of completion. Successful completion of this component will result in 3 contact hours of CPE credit (0.3 CEU). ACPE UAN: 0202-0000-18-166-H04-P 0202-9999-18-166-H04-P


Home study materials will be made available by Monday, November 25, 2019. Participants must successfully pass the Home-study assessment with 70% or greater to be permitted to attend the Live Seminar.


NO partial CE credit will be given for this course. NO refunds will be awarded after November 21, 2019 or if access to Home study materials have been granted. A $100 administrative fee will be assessed for all refund cancellation requests.


There will be two (2) Live Seminar sessions; Session #1 – Friday, January 10, 2020 and Session #2 – Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 8:00am - 5:00pm at the TSU Campus, 3100 Cleburne Street, Houston, TX 77004, Student Life Center, Tiger Room 3rd Floor.


Participants must register for one Live Seminar session ONLY and attend the session for which they have registered.

$250 – Licensed Pharmacist; Active

$125 – TSU COPHS Class 2019; Licensed Pharmacist (Active)

For this reduced cost of registration we are asking that you make a donation to the St. Jose Clinic by dropping off one of the items on the Pharmacy List of Supply Needs anytime between now and the live session or monetary donation can be made online.
