My name is Mason Schott, and I am honored to serve as the COSGA 2021 Assistant Director. We look forward to seeing you March 12-14th in College Station, TX! Normal Online Registration (July 20th, 2020 - January 28th, 2021):                $100.00
Late Online Registration (January 29th, 2021 - February 26th, 2021):             $115.00


Refund Policy
In-Person Registration: Once COSGA’s fate has been determined on Friday, January 1st, 2021, schools will have until 5 pm, CST, on Friday, February 12th, 2021 to cancel without penalty. Cancellations must be received in writing to assistantdirector.cosga@gmail.com before 5 pm, CST, on Friday, February 19th, 2021. Those canceling after Friday, February 12th, 2021, and on or before Friday, February 19th, at 5 pm, CST will receive a refund minus a $75.00 cancellation fee per participant. Those canceling after 5 pm, CST, on Friday, February 19th, 2021, will forfeit their entire payment. Lastly, if COSGA 2021 is to go to all online, participants who registered to attend in-person will have the option to either attend conference online or fully cancel their registration. If the participant chooses to attend conference online, the difference of the in-person and online registration will be fully refunded. If the participant chooses to cancel their registration entirely before 5 pm, CST, on Friday, February 12th, 2021, they will receive a full refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee per participant. Those canceling after 5 pm, CST, on Friday, February 19th, 2021, will forfeit their entire payment. Online payments will be refunded to the credit card provided for payment. Registration is transferable to another individual until 11:59 pm, CST, on February 19th, 2021. If attendee changes are to occur, written notification must be given to assistantdirector.cosga@gmail.com by 11:59 pm, CST, on February 19th, 2021 and each attendee must complete the “Participant Information Form” that was sent in the confirmation email after registration.

Donations:  *Contributors will not be issued a formal IRS tax receipt for tax purposes, nor will the contribution be included in cumulative lifetime lifetime gift counting to Texas A&M University. Donations to a single organization may not exceed $249 per year.
