This live activity is designed to provide healthcare professionals with up to date evidence based information about the opioid crisis and its community impact. Attendees will also learn about new national guidelines, pain management treatment strategies, medication assisted treatments, alternative pain treatment options including psychological and behavioral strategies.


This activity is designed for family practice, primary care physicians, hospitalists, internal medicine, other specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and other interested health care professionals.


The format will consist of PowerPoint assisted lectures with interactive question and answer sessions and a panel discussion.
