15747 John F Kennedy Blvd
Houston, TX 77032

About the forum: OESI will support the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), as they announce their assessment and early findings for technology solutions related to ‘Early Kick Detection (EKD)’ and ‘Methane Gas Detection (MGD)’ to help safeguard against Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) safety issues. Use of cost effective BAST is required by the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) to address significant safety issues on the OCS. This public forum provides an opportunity to review the BAST Determination Process (DP) and allow OCS stakeholders to hold discussions with the agency on this program.

Registration will close on April 12, 2017, or upon room capacity.
