Brazos Valley Worldfest is hosting a Culture Club Dinner on Thursday, February 11 highlighting Phillipines. This is a CARRY OUT dinner only from 5-6:30 p.m. FIRST COURSE – Crispy Pork Belly with Sauce SECOND COURSE – Beef Mechado w/ Garlic Fried Rice– Filipino-style beef stew made of beef cubes, potatoes and bell peppers, braised in citrus juice, soy sauce and tomato sauce THIRD COURSE – Filipino Coconut Macaroons $65 + tax per couple.
