July 2018 Watershed Coordinators Roundtable Catered Lunch

Water professionals are invited to the biannual Texas Watershed Coordinator Roundtable. The event will be held in College Station at the Texas A&M University, Thomas G. Hildebrand Equine Complex, Andras Classroom from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Parking is located in front of the buildings and is closely monitored by the university’s Transportation Services so we will be purchasing and providing visitor parking passes to those who do not have a TAMU parking permit. We will have someone at the entrance of the lot that day to hand out the parking passes.

Please RSVP by July 20, 2018 by filling out the online form from the natural resources schedule, also select if you would like the catered lunch or to bring your own lunch to the meeting. A catered lunch from Jason’s Deli consisting of a variety sandwiches, salads, chips, pickle and tea will be provided to participants for a cost of $10 or participants may bring their own lunch. Lunch can be paid either in advance by credit card online at the link below or with cash at the door the day of the event.

The Texas Watershed Planning Program is managed by the Texas Water Resources Institute and is funded through a Clean Water Act nonpoint source grant provided by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Refunds for lunches can be provided if notified prior to the RSVP deadline. After the RSVP deadline no refunds will be provided. Substitutions are allowed, providing that notification is sent to Nathan Glavy (Nathan.Glavy@ag.tamu.edu) in advance.
