73rd Instrumentation and Automation Symposium: January 23-25, 2018 (Complimentary)

The Instrumentation and Automation Symposium for the Process Industries, now in its 73rd year, continues to educate professionals and students in the instrumentation industry. At the symposium, practical technical papers as well as vendor exhibits are presented with a focus on education. This year features the 5th Annual Instrument Reliability Network.

Topics include: Instrument Reliability; Safety Instrumented Systems; New Technology; Cyber Security; Asset Management.

This registration does not include a proceedings USB. If you wish to purchase a proceedings USB, you will need to select the option when you register. The Proceedings USB costs $25.

The Social BBQ will be held on Wednesday, January 24 2018, at the Brazos Center; the social hour begins at 6:00 p.m. and the buffet at 6:30 p.m. A BBQ ticket cost is not included with any of the registration options for the conference. Please add this option to purchase BBQ tickets if you wish to attend.

The Mary Kay O’Connor Process Safety Center will accept refunds based on the following schedule for the listed items. Refund requests must be sent via email to: val-green@tamu.edu val-green@tamu.edu . Please indicate your confirmation number and event title.

Continuing Education Courses: full refunds will be given up to 10 business days prior to the course start date. After that date, a 70% refund will be issued or registration transferred to another individual.

Annual International Symposium attendee and exhibit registration: full refunds will be given until October 1. After that date, a 70% refund will be issued or registration transferred to another individual.

OESI Forums: full refunds will be given up to 10 days prior to the event. After that date, a 70% refund will be issued or the registration transferred to another individual.

Instrumentation Symposium exhibit registration: full refunds will be given until December 12th and after that date a 70% refund will be issued. Attendee or speaker registration: full refund requests will be accepted until January 9, 2017. After that date, a 70% refund will be issued or registration transferred to another individual.
