Internal AgriLife Employees: Fall COADC Meeting

Join us October 4–6, 2018, in College Station for the Fall COADC Meeting. Please begin your registration on this screen by selecting Yes to indicate that you are attending some part of the COADC weekend and click add to cart. The next page you are directed to will allow you to choose which events you and guests are attending. Prices will be listed next to each event on the next page.

Here are a few important points of information for the fall meeting:

  • Thursday Evening – We will have dinner and drinks in the new Gardens at Texas A&M featuring. There will be tours of the Leach Teaching Gardens and demonstrations by our world-renown Meat Science Team. We'll kick-off the evening at 6:00 PM.

  • Friday Morning - the business meeting will be held at the new Doug Pitcock '49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, across from Kyle Field. Continental breakfast will open at 7:30 AM and the meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. Along with the business meeting agenda, hear College updates and the vision for Texas A&M AgriLife from Vice Chancellor and Dean Dr. Patrick Stover, learn about a student team's idea on how to feed the world, and tour the new hotel.

  • Friday Lunch – Lunch will be held next door at the Memorial Student Center. During lunch, Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Susan Ballabina will give an update on Texas A&M AgriLife's Rebuild Texas efforts after Hurricane Harvey.

  • Friday Afternoon - After lunch, we'll have an optional tour of the new/renovated Corps of Cadet facilities.

  • Friday Evening - Our evening will begin at 5:30 PM with drinks and music at Phillips Event Center followed by dinner at 6:30 PM. Following dinner, we'll enjoy more music by the Fabulous 8Trax.

  • Saturday - the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences is hosting a tailgate at the Agriculture and Life Sciences Complex before the Kentucky football game. There is no registration required or fee to attend the tailgate. The AgriLife Center will remain open during the game or you can purchase football tickets through the 12th Man Foundation or on Stubhub.

For COADC Meeting Registration: Cancellations received before September 19th are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 19th are non-refundable.
