The Texas A&M Coastal Bend Health Education Center hosts continuing medical education conferences in

    Exhibit rates:

    We AGREE to all of the following requirements:
    1.Exhibitor waives any and all claims, for any reason and to the fullest possible extent allowed by law, against the TAMHSC and TAMHSC-CBHEC, its agents or employees and the lessors or owners of the exhibit facilities for any actions, losses, cost, damages, claims, theft or expenses relating to exhibitor’s property or bodily injury to its agents, representatives or employees which were not caused by TAMHSC-CBHEC gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    2. Distribution of promotional or marketing materials of any kind is limited to the confines of the exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitor may not leave materials in meeting rooms or guest rooms without written permission from TAMHSC-CBHEC.
    3. Exhibitor may not assign or sublet any portion of the space assigned without written permission from TAMHSC-CBHEC. Exhibitor may not display any article not regularly manufactured or handled by exhibitor nor may exhibitor distribute marketing or promotional materials for another company without written permission from TAMHSC-CBHEC.
    4. Exhibitor agrees not to hold private functions and/or host hospitality suites during the scheduled hours of the conference or its related function.
    5. TAMHSC-CBHEC reserves the right to change or add terms and conditions as it shall deem necessary.

    All applications MUST be sent with full payment. Applications are considered incomplete and exhibitors will not be assigned a table until completed application/agreement and full payment have been received. Registration and payment must be received no later than four weeks prior to the conference to be included in conference signage and materials. Exhibitor assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Notification of registration cancellation must received thirty days prior to an event to obtain refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after this date. A W-9 will be requested in order to process refunds.
