Fall 2019 Friday Dinner – Recent Graduate

Considering becoming a recent graduate member of the Council? Join us October 25-26, 2019, in College Station for the Fall 2019 COADC Meeting to learn more about our organization. Please begin your registration on this screen by selecting Yes to indicate that you are attending some part of the COADC weekend and click add to cart. The next page you are directed to will allow you to choose which events you and guests are attending. Prices will be listed next to each event on the next page.

Here are a few important points of information for the fall meeting:

Join us October 24-26, 2019, in College Station for the Fall COADC Meeting. Here are a few important points of information for the fall meeting:

  • Friday Morning - the business meeting will be held at the AgriLife Center. Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am and the meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Along with the business meeting agenda, hear College updates from Vice Chancellor and Dean Dr. Patrick Stover, learn more about Texas Land Trends, and tour the new Plant Pathology and Microbiology Building.

  • Friday Lunch – Lunch will be held at the Pavilion in The Leach Teaching Gardens. During lunch we'll hear from, Dr. Charlie Hall, the Ellison Chair in International Floriculture, and receive an update on phase II of The Gardens.

  • Friday Evening - Our evening will begin at Miramont Country Club at 6:00 pm with drinks followed by dinner at 6:30 pm.

  • Saturday - the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences is hosting a tailgate at the Agriculture and Life Sciences Complex 3 hours before the Mississippi State football game. There is no registration required or fee to attend the tailgate. The AgriLife Center will remain open during the game or you can purchase football tickets through the 12th Man Foundation or on Stubhub.

For COADC Meeting Registration: Cancellations received before October 18th are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 18th are non-refundable.
