This purchase option is for students who graduated from the University of West Georgia prior to Spring 2024 only. If you graduated in Spring 2024 or later, please contact graduation@westga.edu to obtain access to your electronic diploma.

Replacement Diploma Shipping Options - Electronic Diploma
Please note that the certified electronic diploma is not delivered instantly.

Standard orders (no additional fees) will be delivered by email in approximately 14 days. 
Rush delivery options are available for the following fees: 
Delivered 5 days after order is placed ($22.75)
Delivered 3 days after order is placed ($29.95)
Delivered within 24 hours after order is placed ($36.30)

Diploma Name
Your name will be printed on your diploma as indicated by your student record. If your name has changed, you will need to update your student record by completing a Name Change Application before your new name will be printed on your replacement diploma. Diploma names are subject to the diploma name policies on our website.

Great Seal/Apostille Certification Option
The Certified Electronic diploma can be independently verified by the recipient and meets the standards for Apostille/Great Seal authentication.

Students Who Graduated Before January 12th, 2005
The new diploma will be very similar to your original. Official signatures may differ from your original diploma. If you graduated from West Georgia College or State University of West Georgia, the diploma will have ”University of West Georgia” printed on it with a disclaimer stating that it replaces the one originally issued from West Georgia College or State University of West Georgia.
