This package includes all of the assessments from both the Know Your Core 4 package, and the Fitness Package.
This package involves both resting measurements: the resting heart rate, and resting blood pressure with the waist-to-hip ratio and the blood panel which includes blood readings of triglycerides, HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, and blood glucose.
This package assesses your physical aspects by testing the cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility. A body composition measurement will be assessed per the choice of the individual through our given instruments.
