SHSU 2021 ALL STATE CHOIR Camp, COMMUTER ONLY Registration and Payment: July 18 - July 21, 2021

COMMUTER ONLY , ALL STATE CHOIR CAMP, Registration and Payment, July 18 - July 21, 2021: Resident camper - $360.00. Commuter - $235. • Please note $75.00 of this registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. • All lodging is single-occupancy, and all activities will be socially distanced and masked • We encourage, but will not require all campers to be vaccinated against Covid-19 • There are discounts for former All-Staters, siblings in attendance, commuters, and students of teachers who are working the camp. • SHSU will NOT be providing All-State music packets this year. All attendees must purchase their own packets. Contact AMC Music to request an All-State Music Packet at (713) 802-2900 or orders@amcmusic.net. Please specify Large School, and either Men’s or Women’s music packets, and include a mailing address. • SHSU All-State Camp will not cover the Small School Mixed Choir music. • Please note that any payment made after July 3rd will be subject to a $25 late registration fee. • Each camper must have a Medical Release Form, which can be found on the SHSU camps website at www.shsu.edu/music/camps. The medical release form can be mailed in or brought with you to registration. Front and back copies of the campers insurance card are required if camper is insured. • For Registration inquires please call the School of Music Office at 936.294.1360. **REFUNDS** All refunds are processed after the conclusion of summer camps through Payment Works and can take 3 to 4 weeks for processing. If a refund is applicable, our financial administrator will contact you concerning how the process works. As a reminder, the registration fee of $75.00 is non-refundable. Thank you
