Teaching the Middle School Band Summer 2024

Teaching the Middle School Band is a workshop designed to explore all aspects of a successful middle school band program. The presentations are organized in two tracks that focus on beginning pedagogy and developing successful advancing students. Accomplished teachers and musicians will address the significant issues of pedagogy, best practice and creating success for your students. The schedule will allow time for personal interaction with presenters and participants. This is an excellent workshop focused on giving teachers strong pedagogical tools and the resources to use them well.
