IF FINE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 14 DAYS, A $10 PENALTY WILL BE ADDED. APPEALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE CITATION.. If you are paying this fine after the 14-day period, you must mark "Yes" in the form. The $10 penalty will be added to your final total.
