Banner User Group of Michigan (BUG-MI) 2026 Conference

Join the Banner User Group of Michigan (BUG-MI) for our 2026 Annual Conference at Oakland University, October 22–23, 2026. After a three-year hiatus, BUG-MI returns to bring together Banner professionals from higher education institutions across Michigan.

The conference opens Thursday, October 22, with a half-day technical open forum — an informal session for technical staff to raise questions, compare approaches, and troubleshoot together. The full conference day follows Friday, October 23, featuring sessions, networking, and knowledge-sharing for both functional and technical attendees, alongside participating vendors.

Whether you work on the functional or technical side of Banner, you'll leave with ideas and contacts you can put to use right away..

No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2026.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to conferences@bugmi.org no later than September 30, 2026.

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.

Attendees who do not cancel by the deadline are responsible for the full registration fee, including those who select the pay-by-check or invoice option.

Conference expenses are based on the number of registered attendees; please confirm travel approval and availability prior to registering.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds and remain responsible for the full registration fee.
