A payment of $50 is required when a participant does not contact OUCARES at least 36 hours prior to missing a virtual coaching session. The $50 must be paid in full at least 36 hours in advance of the next virtual coaching session. If a “no show” occurs two times during one 12-meeting session, OUCARES reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the 12 sessions without refund of the original registration cost.
