Purchase this to reserve your spot at VAC. Opportunities to pay your remaining balance will be emailed to you in the spring.

This deposit is non-refundable. This includes illness, injury, emergencies, and any other reason you may withdraw from camp.

Card payments will incur a $15 transaction fee. Webcheck payments are non-refundable. Because the deposit is non-refundable regardless of payment method, we recommend paying the deposit via webcheck to avoid the transaction fee.

If you need to withdraw from camp, email the Camp Registrar (contact information is at murraystate.edu/vac) before the final day of registration in the spring to receive a partial refund. This date is also listed at murraystate.edu/vac. Emailing on or before this date entitles you to a partial refund of the amount you paid (minus the non-refundable $135). Withdrawals after this date are not eligible for a refund. If you have any questions about refunds or withdrawals, email the Camp Registrar.
