VAC - A. Full Amount for Resident Camper by May 9th 2026

Purchase this if you will not apply for a scholarship and want to pay your full amount for a VAC Resident Camper. Resident Campers stay overnight in a dorm room with a roommate who is also a VAC camper.

Card payments will incur a $15 transaction fee. Webcheck payments are non-refundable. The computer system is unable refund a webcheck. If there is a chance you will withdraw from camp, we recommend paying via card so that you may receive a partial refund in the case of withdrawal.

Scholarships are available. Check murraystate.edu/vac for more information. Do not purchase this option if you will apply for a scholarship. Purchase the $135 deposit instead.

If you need to withdraw from camp, email the Camp Registrar (contact information is at murraystate.edu/vac) before the final day of registration in the spring to receive a partial refund. This date is also listed at murraystate.edu/vac. Emailing on or before this date entitles you to a partial refund of the amount you paid (minus the non-refundable $135). Withdrawals after this date are not eligible for a refund. If you have any questions about refunds or withdrawals, email the Camp Registrar.
