24 Hour Chemical Spill Response Technician Level (March 20th-22nd, 2023) $200.00
16 hour Chemical Spill Response Incident Command (March 23rd-24th 2023) $150.00

Nonrefundable Deposit Amount: $200.00
Deposit Due Date: February 20th 2023

*If you do not pay the $200.00 deposit by Tuesday, February 20th, 2023, you will lose your spot in the training and alternates will be contacted to fill your position.

The remaining nonrefundable $150.00 payment will be due Monday March 3rd 2023. If full payment is not received by March 6th, 2023, you will be removed from the training and alternates will be contacted to fill your position.

To be officially registered for the training, you must have registered with the OSH Training Center at msu.oshtc@murraystate.edu.
