December 2024 Late Graduation Payment

Acknowledgement of the following statement: By signing below I acknowledge that I am applying for graduation for the term I selected. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to verify that all degree requirements are being met and to consult my advisor concerning any questions I may have regarding progress towards my degree. This application fee is non-refundable and covers costs associated with verifying degree completion, diploma printing, packaging and shipping.

Acknowledgement of the following statement: If you are applying for graduation in December, your financial aid may be adjusted according to your class schedule which may result in you owing back aid to the University.
