The Safe Sitter workshop teaches students ages 12+ how to stay safe, act responsibly, and care for children with confidence. Through hands-on activities, students build childcare, first aid, and emergency response skills, including choking rescue and CPR basics. Participants also learn interviewing techniques and how to set babysitting rates. Students earn Safe Sitter® and American Heart Association Pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications, plus a Babysitting Tote.
