Growing Sustainable Food in Your Back Yard: Phase 2, June 24 - 28, 1-5pm

Jump into growing good food without chemicals. This class is held mid-gardening season so we get to work with soils and good insects, and we get to learn plant pruning and harvesting techniques. Taking the phase 1 course is not required as this phase 2 class does cover new topics. We will harvest plants that were started in the phase 1 camp. This camp is great for those considering careers in agriculture or just have an interest in gardening and organic food production.
