The Mad Scientist's Kitchen, November 21, 8:30 am-12:30 pm

Investigate the link between cooking and science in a variety of fun, high interest hands on science experiments in the kitchen. You'll investigate a probing question, do fun experiments and learn the science behind each experiment. Prepare to stretch gummy worms into laminar flow, write with invisible cranberry based ink, extract DNA from strawberries, use color to see density, and many other exciting investigations using the CMU Tech Kitchen as home base for science.
