Merry and Sweet: Holiday Candy Making, December 8, 10, 15, 19, 4:30-6:30 pm

Chocolate and the holidays are a perfect match! Chocolatier Keane Karnan is bringing his chocolate-making magic to the CMU Tech Culinary Lab for a festive, hands-on class filled with delicious creations. Students will experiment with flavors, fillings, textures, and creative holiday designs while learning fun candy-making techniques. Make something sweet to share, gift, or keep all to yourself!
