In this fun, hands-on class, students will become candy bar creators, experimenting with different flavors, textures, fillings, and toppings to design their own one-of-a-kind treats. Chocolatier Keane Karnan will provide guidance and expert tips as you build your candy bar from the inside out, try creative combinations, and give your creation a name and personality.
