Rhythm Guitar: July 6-10, 8:30 am-12:30 pm

Struggling to get your strumming and timing to line up? Or maybe you know a few chords but want your rhythm playing to sound tighter and more confident? This class is for you. In Rhythm Guitar 1, you’ll build the core skills every great rhythm player needs—counting, keeping time, strumming patterns, pick control, palm muting, and smoother chord changes. You’ll also learn how to lock into the beat so your playing feels more natural and solid. This is a beginner-level class, but it’s also great for players who already know some chords and want to improve their timing and rhythm. Students should have access to a guitar for class and practice. A music stand is optional but helpful.
