Dive into the world of chocolate like a real chocolatier! In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the journey from bean to bar—and all the way to handcrafted bonbons. You’ll learn about the history, science, and ingredients behind great chocolate, then work in teams to choose recipes, weigh and prepare ingredients, and grind your own chocolate using professional equipment. As your chocolate develops, you’ll create fillings like caramel, ganache, praline, and fruit gels, while also learning the art and science of tempering. You’ll practice making your own chocolate bars, decorate molds, and craft finished bonbons from start to finish. By the end of the week, you’ll taste and compare your creations like a true chocolate maker. This class blends science, creativity, and hands-on skills for a one-of-a-kind chocolate experience.
