In this hands-on Dental Career Exploration Camp, students dive into the science of oral health while exploring how dentistry connects to the broader world of healthcare. Through interactive activities and demonstrations, participants learn about dental hygiene, patient care, and the biology behind healthy teeth and gums, along with an introduction to related healthcare careers. Students will work with real dental instruments, practice basic techniques, and hear from professionals about careers in dentistry and other healthcare fields. Supported by a grant from Delta Dental, this camp offers a unique opportunity to explore careers in dental healthcare.
