Basic Pistol/Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) Training, November 20, 21, 23, 6:30-9:30pm (Wednesday, Thursday), Range Time: 9:00am-1:00pm (Saturday)

This course teaches basic knowledge, skills and attitude for safely owning and operating a pistol. It is taught by NRA certified instructors and includes six hours of demonstrations on safe pistol operation, the fundamentals of pistol shooting, ammunition and Colorado law of self-defense. Also, there are three hours of coached shooting on the range. This course fulfills the Colorado Concealed Carry training requirements for a CHP permit, additional skills and knowledge is advisable to become competent for concealed carry.
