This one-day workshop is designed to develop knowledge and skills of the essential project management principles, tools and processes. Workshop participants will learn to use the standard, recognized tools of project management. Topics covered include: Project charter, scope and definition; work breakdown structure and task list; network diagram; bar (Gantt) chart; and key performance indicators. (PMPs will receive 6 PDUs)
