Located at Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta, the Center for Urban Language Teaching and Research (CULTR) is the first Title VI LRC in the Southeastern United States. CULTR’s mission is to promote and enhance the global skills opportunities for all learners and educators to establish diverse, enriching, and successful career pathways. The Center has created a unique identity around serving “Languages For All!” through initiatives supporting language proficiency, cultural competence, and professional development initiatives across urban and under-represented communities.
