Georgia State University will host Revival: Lost Southern Voices, a two-day literary festival celebrating underappreciated writers of Southern poetry and prose.

This event has been postponed until October 9 – 10, 2020.

The festival will take place on Friday and Saturday, October 9 – 10, 2020 in the Georgia Center for the Book auditorium at the Decatur Branch of the DeKalb County Public Library, 215 Sycamore Street, Decatur, GA 30030.

The event is free and open to the public, but registration is requested. Attendees have the option to purchase lunch for the Saturday event. The festival will feature more than two dozen contemporary Southern writers and scholars paying tribute to writers and artists they consider overlooked or missing from the canon of Southern literature.

Lunch: Gourmet Deli catered by Alon’s Bakery & market – Saturday, October 10th, $15 pp.
