Recital
School of Music students must use this portal to pay for required Recital Fees and optional additional services after being directed here by the Production Office. Do not make payments without this instruction.
Recital Periods and Related Fees
Fall Deadline is October 1st.
Spring deadline is January 15th (Tuesday after the MLK Holiday).
First, please visit the Recital Reservations page and follow instructions for booking a date and time for a recital.
Only upon receipt of an email from the Production Office, return here to the store to make payment. Students have 48 hours to pay the recital fee to secure their selection.
Once the online payment is processed, the Production Office will send an email confirmation to both the student and instructor.

Duration Amount
½ hour recital $75.00
1 hour recital $100.00
Recital Video Recording
This is an optional service for recitals. The recording fee includes the audio and video recording. The cost is $20.00 for one (1) video camera recording and $50.00 for a three (3) video camera recording. A download link will be provided. Live streaming is only available for three camera recordings.
Recital Reception Fee
This is an optional service for 8pm recitals. The space can be reserved with the Production Office. There is a $25.00 clean up fee for use of the room.
Recital Late Fee and Rescheduling Fee
A Late fee of $25.00 is applied for recitals booked after the deadline dates:
Fall Recital Reservation Deadline: October 1st.
Spring Recital Reservation Deadline: January 15th (Tuesday after the MLK Holiday).
There is a Rescheduling fee of $50.00 charged for recitals rescheduled due to reasons other than medical emergencies.
