The theme for this year's STAR-TIDES Capabilities Demonstration is Building Enduring Local Capacity through Collaboration. The focus will be on practical, community-driven solutions for navigating uncertainty in an increasingly complex and challenging world. STAR-TIDES will be held April 25-27,2027, at Mason's Arlington campus (Mason Square) 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22201. Registration is free for attendees and is necessary for access to the reception on Monday night and for free lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
