Excellence in Citizen Services

This non-degree certificate program will prepare current and aspiring Customer Experience (CX) practitioners in government and industry sectors to develop or enhance their proficiency in the business practices of CX and enhance their leadership skills and capabilities. Please note that you must apply and be accepted to this program before making your payment.

Two percent (2%) of the program fee will be contributed to the Executive Education Excellence Fund.

Full refunds will be granted up to 14 days before the program starts. Between 14 days and program start, you may elect to receive a 50 percent refund OR choose to defer to the next cohort. After the program starts, no refunds will be granted, but you may choose to apply your payment to a future cohort. Please contact execdev@gmu.edu to request a refund.
