Thank you for your interest in registering for the FGCU Service-Learning Fair. Registration for the Service-Learning Fair is contingent upon agreeing to observe the following guidelines:

• Registering here reserves your organization a table but does not automatically include lunch. Meal selections can be purchased from the options listed below, or can be obtained at various locations within our Cohen Student Union.
• Reserving a table and not showing up may impact your organization's ability to register for future service-learning fairs.
• Prepare for your organization to be at your table the entire time, from 10 am-2 pm. Leaving early may impact your registration at future service-learning fairs [Note: Many students are required to come for class and cannot make it until the last hour of the fair].
• Understand there is only space for a maximum of two (2) people from your organization to stand at your table at any given time.
• If you have not done so already, establish yourself as a partner with FGCU by being listed in our database. Click 'Add Agency' and follow the prompts to become a community partner.
• Understand that service-learning is more than volunteerism. Please bring a list of project ideas for students looking for short-term and/or long-term (semester-long) projects [consider ideas that fall into all four types of service].
• Understand no live animals of any kind are allowed at this indoor event. Regarding service animals, FGCU's policy on service animals can be found HERE.
• Understand you will most likely NOT be near an electric outlet and will plan accordingly.
• Bring a sheet or laptop to collect names, emails, and/or phone numbers from students and follow up with them after the event about service-learning opportunities at your organization.  A best practice is to have them type their contact information on a laptop or tablet.
