Southwest Florida Leadership Institute

At SFLI our purpose is to strengthen the SWFL business community by cultivating forward-thinking and innovative educational programs to develop and enhance the skills of employees at all levels in our region. We partner with nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental agencies from small to large to determine the knowledge and skills gaps that impact the functioning, growth, and sustainability of their workforce and create customized learning opportunities that enhance the economy of the region.

We work with current and future leaders of all levels from C-suite executives and senior management to front-line supervisors and aspiring leaders. We offer a variety of learning methodologies and formats to cater to individuals, small teams, or large corporate groups in person or virtual.

Our programs support all experience levels from the most novice leaders just getting their feet wet to those with advanced skillsets looking for more situationally rigorous interactive sessions.
