Emporia State University is excited to offer dedicated lodging for Life Time UNBOUND Gravel.

Residence Hall Details & Important Information: 

  • All room prices include a nonrefundable administrative fee.
  • Each room has a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and twin bed with XL (36” x 80”) mattress. 
  • You must provide your own bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and similar items. The University does not have these items available for use. 
  • At least one guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A bed space must be reserved for any guest who is 10 years of age or older. Extra mattresses or cots are not allowed.
  • You will have use of community bathrooms and showers.
  • You will have access to wireless internet.
  • Residence hall rooms do not have televisions, telephones or refrigerators. 
  • Microwaves and vending machines will be available in the main lobby for guest use.
  • Bicycles are permitted to be kept in your room (Single/Double= 2 bikes max; Suites= 4 bikes max). All bicycles and equipment should be clean before entering residence halls.
  • Dining Options & Availability: There will be six (6) meals included with your room reservation including: Thursday dinner; Friday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Saturday breakfast and Sunday breakfast.
  • Parking: The cost of parking has been included in your room reservation fee.
Room Pricing: The price for each room type is for the entire stay (Wednesday through Sunday.)

Last Day for Refunds: Emporia State University will NOT issue any refunds after 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, April 23, 2026. *Administrative fees are non-refundable.

Room Reservation Transfers: Room reservation transfers are available for 2026. If you would like to transfer your room reservation, ESU must be notified (ugdormstay@emporia.edu) by the person who holds the current reservation. Transfer of room reservation will not be facilitated by ESU and payment should be handled by the transferer and transferee.

We do not allow any type of “finder’s fee” or paid room transfer. If this occurs, we will cancel and refund the reservation and offer the room to the next person on our waitlist.

Check In/Check Out Dates & Times: Check-in will begin Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Checkout will be on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Specific times will be sent out on a later date. Be on the lookout for an email regarding Guest Packet during late May.                                     


Add Ons:


Barnes & Noble will have bedding options for purchase for those who would like to avoid the extra luggage. Be sure to review the options during check out. 

Student Recreation Center will have the option to purchase access to the Emporia State University Student Recreation Center during their stay. The Rec Center features a full weight room, cardio equipment, basketball courts, an indoor track, and a variety of strength and training machines. Pass pricing and Rec Center hours will be available during check out.
