Emporia State University is excited to offer dedicated lodging for the Garmin UNBOUND Gravel℠ presented by Craft.
PLEASE NOTE: ROOM RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER INDIVIDUALS.

Residence Hall Details & Important Information:

At least one guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older.
A bed space must be reserved for any guest who is 10 years of age or older. Extra mattresses or cots are not allowed.
You must provide your own bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and similar items. The University does not have these items available for use.
You will have use of community bathrooms and showers.
Each room has a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and twin bed with XL (36” x 80”) mattress.
You will have access to wireless internet.
Residence hall rooms do not have telephones.
Residence halls do not have refrigerators.
Televisions are not available in residence hall rooms. Cable television is not available in any hall.
Microwaves and vending machines will be available in the main lobby of each building for guest use.
Bicycles are permitted to be kept in your room (Single/Double= 2 bikes max; Suites= 4 bikes max). All bicycles and equipment should be clean before entering residence halls.

Last Day for Reservations/Refunds for ESU Res Hall Stay:
Emporia State University will NOT make room (and dining) reservations after 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 28, 2023. Administrative fees are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

Check In/Check Out Dates & Times:
Check-in will begin Thursday, June 1, 2023. Checkout will be on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Times will be sent out on a later date. Be on the lookout for an email regarding Guest Packet during late May.

Dining Options & Availability:
There will be six (6) meals included with your room reservation including: Thursday dinner; Friday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Saturday breakfast and Sunday breakfast. More Information to follow. Be on the lookout for an email regarding Guest Packet during late May.
