Emporia State University is excited to offer dedicated lodging for Life Time UNBOUND Gravel.


Residence Hall Details & Important Information:
Please note: More Information to follow. Be on the lookout for an email regarding Guest Packet during late May. 
  • All room prices include a nonrefundable administrative fee.
  • Each room has a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and twin bed with XL (36” x 80”) mattress. 
  • You must provide your own bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and similar items. The University does not have these items available for use. 
  • At least one guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A bed space must be reserved for any guest who is 10 years of age or older. Extra mattresses or cots are not allowed.
  • You will have use of community bathrooms and showers.
  • You will have access to wireless internet.
  • Residence hall rooms do not have televisions, telephones or refrigerators. 
  • Microwaves and vending machines will be available in the main lobby for guest use.
  • Bicycles are permitted to be kept in your room (Single/Double= 2 bikes max; Suites= 4 bikes max). All bicycles and equipment should be clean before entering residence halls.
  • Dining Options & Availability: There will be six (6) meals included with your room reservation including: Thursday dinner; Friday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Saturday breakfast and Sunday breakfast.
  • Parking: The cost of parking has been included in your room reservation fee.
Last Day for Reservations: Emporia State University will NOT make room reservations after 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Last Day for Refunds: Emporia State University will NOT issue any refunds after 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, April 26, 2024. *Administrative fees are non-refundable.

Room Reservation Transfers: Room reservation transfers are available for 2024. If you would like to transfer your room reservation, ESU must be notified (ugdormstay@emporia.edu) by the person who holds the current reservation. Transfer of room reservation will not be facilitated by ESU and payment should be handled by the transferer and transferee.

Check In/Check Out Dates & Times: Check-in will begin Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Checkout will be on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Specific times will be sent out on a later date. Be on the lookout for an email regarding Guest Packet during late May.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Room Pricing: The price for each room type is for the entire stay (Wednesday through Sunday.)
