2024 Nitty Gritty Tie Dye Run Youth Registration

Youth Registration: participants 6-17 years old

The Nitty Gritty Tie-Dye Run is a 5K fun-run that is going to be held at Emporia State University on April 6, 2024. Registration will begin at 9am in the Student Recreation Center parking lot with the race starting at 9:30am. During this run participants are doused from head to toe in different colors! The fun continues at the finish line with a gigantic “Color Festival,” using more colored powder. 

Tie-Dye Run 5k also focuses on promoting healthy living. We hope that this event can help make headway on the growing national focus of improving health and wellness.

Register prior to 3/20 for a guaranteed race shirt. 

Participants bringing cans/food for Corky's Cupboard will be entered for a chance to win prizes.

The Tie-Dye 5k is powered by Community Hornets, Recreation Services, and Union Activities Council.

All proceeds from the event will go to Radical Life Program.
