STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp

Camp Dates: Tuesday, July 9 through Thursday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Location: Day 1 start at PAROC and finish at PAROC. Day 2 start at PAROC, drive to the Ross Natural History Reservation then come back to PAROC. Day 3 will be held at the Science Hall. 

Details: Over three days, campers will learn the fundamentals of experimentation, explore ecology and wildlife and delve into the world of microbiology.

STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp Photo Release Form

I hereby grant the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp permission to use my child’s camp photos for news, educational, marketing, advertising, fundraising, and other lawful purposes.

I hereby authorize and consent to the use of the Photos for the purposes listed above. I further grant to the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp program and its affiliates, licensees, and their successors and assigns a royalty-free, perpetual license to display, record, edit, use, reproduce, publish the Photos, and distribute them via print publication, television, websites, newsletters, social media channels, or any other media now existing or as may be developed. I understand that neither I nor my child will receive any compensation for this release. I understand that the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp program and its affiliates are under no obligation whatsoever to use the Photos or to notify me or my child of their use. I acknowledge that the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp program or its designees shall own the copyright in the Photos.

In granting this license, and in consideration of my child’s opportunity to participate in the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the STEM-Outreach Mini Science Camp program and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, actions, and demands whatsoever, including, but not limited to, claims of libel or invasion of privacy, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photos. I understand that this release is binding on my heirs, agents, successors, and assigns.
