Returning Users

If you have previously created a TouchNet account, select "Log In" to purchase your decal.

If you do not recall your TouchNet username and/or password, you must create a new account. Note: Vehicle Registration personnel do not have the ability to reset TouchNet passwords or access individuals' account credentials.

Important Information

• Parking decals purchased through the EPCC Storefront will be mailed to the address provided during checkout.
• Parking decals will not be mailed if your account has outstanding parking ticket fines.
• The parking decal fee is non-refundable.
• Please verify that your mailing address is correct before completing your purchase.

Prefer to Pick Up Your Decal?

If you prefer to pick up your parking decal in person, you have two options:

• Purchase online through the EPCC Online Payment System (Banner) and pick up your decal at the Vehicle Registration Office.
• Purchase in person at any EPCC campus Cashier's Office and pick up your decal at the Vehicle Registration Office.
