Parking Decal 2025-2026 Academic Year and Fall 2025 

You are in TouchNet Information System (EPCC Payment System), which is not linked to your Banner credentials.

First-time users must create a new account by "Registering" to be able to proceed.

Returning users, please click on  "Log in"  to purchase your decal. If you do not recall your username and/or password, you may need to create a new account. 

• Decals purchased on the EPCC Storefront will be mailed. 

• Parking decal will not be mailed if the account has outstanding ticket fines. 

• Decal fee is non-refundable

Purchase Your Decal online through the EPCC Online Payment System (Banner) and pick it up in person at the Vehicle Registration Office.
