Purchase Your Parking Decal  

You are in TouchNet Information System (EPCC Payment System), which is not linked to your Banner credentials.

First time users must create a new account by "Registering" to be able to proceed.

Returning users, please click on  "Log in"  to purchase your decal. If you do not recall your username or/and password, you may need to create a new account. 

• Decals purchased on EPCC Storefront will be mailed. 

• Parking decal will not be mail if account has outstanding ticket fines.  

• Decal fee is non-refundable
