Dragon Climbers: The Crux entry (Dragon Climbers member)

Entry fee for The Crux bouldering competition for dues-paying Dragon Climbers club members. (If you are a Drexel student who is not a Dragon Climbers club member, please use the form for general Drexel students.)

The Crux is an annual bouldering competition held at Drexel, open to Drexel students and those from the surrounding Philadelphia area. The Crux 2026 will be held on Saturday, 02/21/2026, at the Drexel University Recreation Center wall. Climbing time will be determined by wave, which will be assigned based on the preferences you express on this form on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wave times are as follows: 

• Wave 1: 9:30am to 11:30am
• Wave 2: 12:00pm to 2:00pm 
• Wave 3: 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Top scorers in the Advanced category will proceed to finals at 5:30pm, followed by an awards ceremony (with prizes!) in the exercise room next door.
