Beyond Go Figure VII Submission Fee

READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Dates: June 2- August 15, 2026
Reception: June 4, 5-7 PM 

DROF OFF: May 21 (11 AM - 4 PM)
PICK UP: August 18 (11 AM - 4 PM)

Artists MUST be able to drop off and pick up work on the above dates, on time. 

*Failure to deliver artwork will not refund your purchase, and your fee will be considered a donation to the Bartlett Center.
*Failure to pick up your work on time will result in your work being considered abandoned and no longer the responsibility of the Bartlett Center. 

Artists may declare a representative to drop off/pick up your work. You must inform the gallery staff of the individual's name and contact information, and are responsible for making sure your representative is aware of important dates and times. 

RULES & REQUIREMENTS

After completing the submission fee form, please submit a PDF with an image (300 dpi preferred), title, size, medium, artist's email, phone number, and the price of the work to bobartlettcenter@columbusstate.edu by April 30th, 2026.

• Artist must be 18+ and located in the Chattahoochee Valley region to participate. 
• Artwork must be original and submitted by the artist. 
• Only one piece per artist/artist group is allowed, as we have limited space.
• All wall displayed artwork must have wire hangers and ready to hang. Do not bring in wet artwork.
• Artists must be able to personally deliver and carry their artwork into the gallery. We do not accept shipments. 
• Artwork must be professionally presented and labeled with artist's name and title of the work.
• All sales will be handled by the artist. 

Disclaimer: We have the right to deny any artwork deemed inappropriate based on university and gallery standards.
