Frogwarts Camp Details:

8:45-9:00 Camper Drop off
9:00-4:00 Camp
4:00-4:15 Camper pick up
Note: Oxbow does not have before or after camp care.

Camper Info:
Lunch will not be provided, please bring your own lunch. Campers are required to bring a water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, bugspray, hats, and a bag to keep their items with them while hiking on trails. Campers must wear their Oxbow Meadows t-shirt and closed toed-shoes during camp. Campers will all be provided with a camp t-shirt.

Registration will close the Wednesday prior to the camp start date. 

Waiver Consent and Acknowledgement: 
I give my approval for my child to participate in programs and activities with Columbus State University’s Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center (Oxbow Meadows). I understand that participation involves risk and I agree to the inherent risk of property damage and personal injury that my child might sustain. In exchange for my child’s participation, I release Columbus State University, the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Columbus Water Works, Columbus Consolidated Government, EarthQuest, staff, teachers, and volunteers from all liability resulting from my child’s participation with Oxbow Meadows. I sign this Release and Waiver with full knowledge that Oxbow Meadows houses alligators, snakes, and other animals. I also acknowledge there are outdoor aspects to Oxbow Meadows where my child will be exposed to the elements, ponds and outdoor trails.

Participant Code of Conduct:
The Program has established rules and standards of conduct for all Participants. YOU and YOUR child are responsible for reviewing the Program rules and standards of conduct. Dismissed Participants are not eligible for a refund of any fees or expenses. YOU, on behalf of YOUR child, are responsible for all costs associated with removing them from the Program due to his/her misconduct, including transportation costs to return the Participant home.

Media Release and Authorization:
Oxbow Meadows has frequent occasion to illustrate and explain its program and activities for volunteer recruitment, fund-raising, enhancing community awareness, news releases, brochures, reports, etc.  Toward these efforts it is most beneficial to use photographs and/or video of our friends/participants.  However, we would never intentionally offend our friends/supporters by doing these things without their understanding and consent.  Should you feel comfortable in assisting us in this manner, we would appreciate your consent. I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, consent to Oxbow Meadows using photographs and/or video of my son/daughter for such purposes as described above.
