About Dare to Lead™ Facilitated Training
We need braver leaders and more courageous cultures. The world is desperate for daring leaders who are self-aware, know how to have hard conversations, hold themselves and others accountable, build trust, lead with empathy and connection, take smart risks that lead to innovation, reset quickly after disappointments and setbacks, and give and receive feedback – especially when it’s tough.
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to support leader agility, team effectiveness and culture change. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

Is Lodging Included? The registrant will be responsible for reserving their lodging at Callway Gardens. The Leadership Institute has a group block for rooms. During the sessions we will provide breakfast refreshments and afternoon refreshments throughout the retreat. Guests will be responsible for lunch and dinner meals. We encourage attendees to make reservations for Piedmont Dining Room or dine in Cason’s Tap Room. Both restaurants are located at the Lodge & Spa. Callaway Gardens does offer buffet dinner in the Piedmont Dining Room both Friday and Saturday. DARE TO LEAD™ CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION & LINKEDIN BADGE “CERTIFIED DARE TO LEAD™ TRAINED”
Participants who complete the full 24 hours of training will receive a Dare to Lead™ certificate of completion and will be recognized with a LinkedIn certification badge that can be added to their profile.
Can I Earn CEUs for This Retreat?
Yes, 2.4 CEUs are provided for this training. This training is approved by SHRM to offer 24 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM Certification Program.
