Corpus: Film Music by Bill Carson

Musician and educator Bill Carson grew up in Charleston. Since the late 1990s he has had the privilege of working with a great diversity of artists in wide breadth of musical contexts, from underground noise rock experiments and folk musicology to formal chamber concerts and commissions for theatre, dance, and film.

The Halsey Institute has commissioned Bill Carson to compose original music for many of our exhibition videos. In celebration of our 30th anniversary, Bill put all of them in one place on this incredible cd!

Bill Carson: guitars, banjo, ukuleles, marimba, orchestra bells, Wurlitzer, kalimba, organ, melodica, etc.
